What to expect
All movement sessions are aimed at beginners and for Seniors too, although everybody is welcome and might feel the benefits. This Pilates class is a gentle stretch and strength workout, improving our sense of feeling well and refreshed. Movements will be done standing, with a chair for support, and on the mat. Suitable for beginners and Seniors, but everybody is welcome. For all ages, all levels and all abilities.
