Guided walk around Olney – South End

Guided walk around Olney – South End

Join our Tour Guide, Helen, on a guided walk around the south end of the Olney town.

Learn how Olney influenced a famous curate and poet. Visit William Cowper’s dirtiest and noisiest 18th century spot and then stroll through the tranquil area around John Newton’s church of St Peter and St Paul. Drink in interesting history in secret corners.

This is a short walk with plenty to see along the way. The route is paved but comfortable shoes are recommended. Meet Helen at the front of the Museum, setting off at 10.30 am.

Places limited to 20 people so please book in advance.  Pay on the day by cash or credit card.
