The new work and programme has been commissioned by Cowper & Newton Museum with The Stables for Amazing Grace 250 and is supported using public funding by The National Lottery through Arts Council England and Milton Keynes City Council.

With text by celebrated poet and writer Rommi Smith and music by renowned baritone and composer Roderick Williams OBE, the world premiere will be performed by members of Chineke!, Europe’s first majority Black and ethnically diverse orchestra at The Stables on Saturday 22nd July (find out more and book your tickets to the world premiere here).
