250 Voices at the Milton Keynes Community Choir Festival
As part of Amazing Grace 250 and the Milton Keynes Community Choir Festival, a special choir of 250 Voices will perform a song from Forever?, a new, contemporary musical response to the original hymn with music by renowned composer Roderick Williams and words by celebrated poet Rommi Smith.
Conducted by musical director, Craig McLeish, this will be the first public performance of part of this new piece of music commissioned by the Cowper & Newton Museum with the Stables to mark the milestone anniversary.
The Choir Festival includes 20 choirs mainly from the MK area but a growing number from further afield.
The 250 Voices will be performing at 6.00pm
