Midsummer Magic – An evening tour of the Garden with Pimms

Join Anne Kempson from our Gardening Team for a special summer evening tour of our 18th century garden with a glass of Pimms. Your guide will take you through the charming planted areas and you will learn about the plant species we look after, how museum manages the gardens and some of the key fixtures we have outside; including the 18th century summerhouse which has now been restored. Find out how prolific writers William Cowper and John Newton used the gardens and summer house during their residence in Olney.

This is a rare opportunity to explore our beautiful gardens on a summers evening and not one to be missed!

The cost is £10.00 per person and places are limited to 12. To book a ticket please email us, pop into the shop or ring 01234 711516 (Our ‘Book Ticket’ button on the top of this page is not applicable for this event)  info@cowperandnewtonmuseum.org.uk
