On Sunday 26th July, ShaktiCat Yoga & Becoming Oceanic invite you to join us in the wonderful setting of the Cowper & Newton Museum gardens and into a space of internal illumination. As the summer reaches its height this season, we focus our attention on the quality of clear, effortless light. This session is designed to help you settle the mind and find your natural, steady rhythm. \nBreath work: We begin with a light Pranayama practice to clear the mind and cool the nervous system. \nActive Flow: An energising Yoga session designed to shift your perspective. By softening our gaze, we create a physical and mental space for clarity to emerge, resting the analytical mind. \nImmersion: We finish with a deep Sound Bath Savasana, bringing awareness to the body and the ambient sounds of the garden.
